Salon Policies

We kindly ask all of our clients to respect and follow our salon policies.

We kindly ask that changes and cancellations are made within 6 hours of notice. Late cancellations and reschedules will be subject to a fee of 100% of your scheduled service. Clients with vouchers will forfeit their voucher.

All non-cancellations or “no-shows” will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Clients with vouchers will forfeit their voucher.

Out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than ten minutes late will be honored at JJ Eyelashes’ discretion.

All vouchers must be redeemed before their expiration date. No extensions or courtesies will be given. Vouchers that have expired may be used for their paid value before the paid value expires.

All refill appointments must be scheduled within the proper number of days. Any appointments made after the number of days indicated will be considered the following week’s refill. 

1 Week – within 7 days of appointment
2 Week – within 14 days
3 Week – within 21 days
New Set – after 21 days

Please understand that our work is done by humans and we can’t be perfect all of the time. If you are experiencing premature shedding within the first 3 days of your appointment, please email the salon you were serviced in. Salon emails can be found on location pages. Please include photos of your extensions, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Please note that JJ Eyelashes does not accept gratuity on credit cards. If you do not have cash, we have ATM machines for your convenience in all of our salons. We also accept gratuity via Venmo. Please request your technician’s Venmo ID if you wish to with Venmo.

In the event that you would like to change your package, we will credit the remaining value of your current package to your new package. If there is a balance owed, you are responsible to pay the balance at the time of the exchange. If there is a credit owed, you may keep it as store credit or ask for a refund to the original method of payment.

Your satisfaction is your number one priority. In the unlikely event that there is a defect in our product, please return it within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or an exchange. The product must be in the original condition in which you received it. After 30 days the product is nonrefundable. 

If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your unopened and unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you may do so for up to 30 days from your purchase date. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

JJ Eyelashes reserves the right to change our policies as we see fit with or without notice.
