My extensions are shedding faster than usual, what should I do?

We have a Free Fix policy for these cases as this work is done by humans, and we can’t be perfect all of the time. We offer a fix appointment if you are experiencing premature shedding within the first 3 days of your appointment. In this case, please email the salon with photos of your extensions and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Salon emails can be found on our location page.
