What is your Free Fix policy?

Please understand that our work is done by humans and we can’t be perfect all of the time. If you are experiencing premature shedding within the first 3 days of your appointment, please email the salon you received your service. Salon emails can be found on the locations page. Please include photos of your extensions and a member of your team will be happy to assist you!
